    LPC / Consultation rate - $150

  • Evaluation sessions are $150 per session.

  • The biggest reason is increased privacy. Insurance cannot access your chart if you are private pay.

If you pay full price ($150 per session) you will receive a “superbill” that can be submitted to your insurance for potential out-of-network coverage. It is important to note that your superbill will include diagnostic information. Additionally, a superbill opens the door for your insurance to request more information to prove that you require the services provided.

Please contact your insurance provider for all out-of-network reimbursement policies.

  • Depending on availability we offer sliding scale for sessions and Gender Health Evaluation Letters.

Superbills are not available for sliding scale sessions.

Sliding scale is not available for supervision.

General information

  • Your first session is all about getting to know you and going over paperwork. You and your therapist will discuss current concerns, past therapy, and what approaches may be best for you moving forward. If you are having suicidal ideation you will need to engage in a suicide risk assessment and safety plan. It is unlikely that you will engage in intense processing or skills building during this session.

During your second session, you and your therapist will create your treatment plan. Your treatment plan consists of a minimum of one goal you would like to reach in the next year and the tools that will be implemented. Depending on time spent treatment planning, you may begin intense processing or skills building.

By your third session, you and your therapist will begin working towards your goals.

  • You will receive a link to your HIPPA-compliant telehealth session before your appointment. You can use your laptop or phone to follow the link. If you are using your phone you will likely have to download the app before your session can begin.

  • That depends on you and your goals. Some people are looking to resolve specific issues and feel that they have accomplished them in a few months. Others are looking to continually process their life as it happens.

As far as frequency, most people begin with weekly sessions, especially if a large event brought them to therapy. Then when they are feeling confident, they may move down to every other week or once a month sessions. If someone is simply continuing therapy or just needs less support, they may elect to begin with every other week or monthly sessions. Frequency can always be adjusted up and down as you grow and change.

  • As of January 1, 2022, under the “No Suprises” Act health care providers must provide non-insurance patients an estimate of the bill for medical items.

You can review cost for each service provided under pricing information, contact, as well as throughout the website.

Policies

  • If sessions need to be canceled or rescheduled, you must notify your therapist 48 hours in advance to avoid paying for the session ($150).

If you are sliding scale you will pay full price ($150) for a no show / late cancellation.

Depending on availability, you may be able to reschedule within the same week to avoid the fee.

Requests to reschedule a no show / late cancellation need to be submitted by 7:00 pm the day your session was scheduled to avoid the fee.

  • Intake paperwork needs to be completed 24 hours before your intake in order for your therapist to prepare.

Consent for treatment needs to be signed and a card must be on file before session can begin.

If intake paperwork is not completed time will be spent completing your paperwork in your intake session. Additional time will not be provided to account for missed session time.

  • Accounts will be made inactive due to lack of contact if a clients has missed three sessions in a row or needs to pause sessions for more than 30 days

Accounts are made inactive due to lack of contact to indicate that you are not longer under your therapists care. Accounts can be reactivated once you have a new session scheduled within 30 days.

If your account has been reactivated you may need to fill out new intake paperwork depending on the length of your break.
